I always liked the first day of school when I was a kid. I remember not being able to sleep the night before or waking up really early because I was so excited. One of my favorite things about going back to school was getting to pick a new outfit for the first day (and taking the obligatory photo in said outfit on the porch before we left home). Were I fortunate enough to be going back to school this year, this is what I would buy:

I used to love picking out my outfit for the first day of school. I was just talking to someone about this recently. I would pretty much have an outfit picked out for every day of the week by the first day.
