adventures in thrifting

Here is just a snippet of some of the amazing thrift shop scores I've made in the last couple days:
adorable vintage children's books with the most delightful illustrations - my favorite being one about a cat who thinks he's a tiger!

a hefty case for storing my sewing supplies

for Ava

also for Ava - but the matching laces are genius

a pretty grocery tote

for reading, of course

oh to have found those treasures with you-and what LOVELY pictures you have-I especially like the little people, what a cute scruffy convict you have there.

Hello:) I just rerouted myself from "A Cup of Jo" I noticed that you're in Hawaii. I grew up and lived there half of my life, but currently in Florida for husband's job. I don't know if you know, but Target should be there soon in Kapolei. Very lovely blog!!!

Hi Maki - I did know that one is being built in Kapolei (and another one somewhere else on the island that I can't remember at the moment), but they will not be open until March. It's very exciting for me! Thanks for stopping by!
